Our Beaver section is open, for both male & female members aged from 6 - 8 years old. Since re-opening in April we now have 8 beavers and have increased our leader team so are currently looking for more beavers to join.
Last Term, the beavers gained various badges, including their Fitness & Friendship Challenges and the Healthly Eating badge. They also attended the City Sports Afternoon and went on various trips.
This term we have a very busy, fun & exciting programme which includes a Treasurer Trail, Visit to Paultons Park, Harvest festival and Remembrance Sunday church parades and a Beaver Christmas Sleep over and much more!!
We encourage parents support, as we will need extra support when we go out and about.
Beavers now work towards various activity badges and can gain the Chief Scouts Bronze Award, however are main aim is to have FUN and enjoy Scouting activities & events.
Our main aim for Beavers is to have fun and enjoy as many scouting activities as we can so come and join us.
